What is The Marketing Opportunity in Summary?

I would be happy to run a 1 day Marketing Exchange event, at your offices in your boardroom, where you invite along, and bring together, about 15 of your client companies (or prospective clients) to create a Marketing Exchange group for the day.

These 15 clients will be sharing their best kept marketing secrets and experiences, along with brainstorming answers to their most pressing marketing challenges.

You could perhaps invest in this 1 day event yourself by redirecting some of your marketing budget, or maybe get your clients to invest a small amount each, to cover the fees.

 
 

What Benefits Do I Get?

Tick If you join your clients, at your Marketing Exchange event, you’ll probably learn more about them, their needs and requirements, in that one day, than you’d ordinarily learn in a life time.

How Does It Work?

Bringing together a Mastermind Group of up to a maximum of 15 clients/customers, who are in non-competing industries or geographic locations, to the 1 day Marketing Exchange event, where they will exchange marketing ideas, best practise, and marketing pitfalls to avoid. We would need to work together to ensure, before the event, that there are no conflicts of interest between the delegates.

 
 

What’s My Route to Market?

As this will be done in conjunction with yourselves, and to an initially exclusively warm client/customer base, i.e. your database, it could either be an invitation via a simple email or a letter, or you could be more selective and directly telephone more specific clients, by invitation only.

 
 

When?

Preferably on a typical working day i.e. Monday to Friday, but weekends could be considered too.

 
 

What’s The Outcome For My Delegates?

The outcome for the day will be that each delegate comes away having experienced the marketing practises and specific marketing applications of their business peers. With ideas and strategies they can implement in their own business/departments to improve their marketing and sales results, and grow their sales/business revenues.

 
 

What’s My Outcome For Staging a Marketing Exchange Event?

You will have an alternative marketing platform to re-engage with current clients and engage with prospective new clients. You get a captive targeted audience to visit your premises, you get to speak and communicate with them too, and you create a great short to medium term opportunity to potentially generate new and additional clients from it. You could even set it up so that your clients have to bring a non-client business associate, as a way for you to source new clients. You could also explore a PR /news piece from this activity i.e. You helping business owners improve their marketing results, etc.

 
 

What Venue Shall I Use?

Your Boardroom or training room would be ideal, especially as this is a great excuse to get the delegates (clients/new prospects) to actually visit your office premises.

 
 

What Time Will It Run?

It would be 8.45am for a 9am start. 10.30am coffee break. Then 10.45am til 1pm Lunch. 2pm start til 3.30pm then 3.45 for a 5.30pm finish.

 
 

What If I Haven’t Got Any One To Manage The Event?

If you don’t have the internal resources, or time, to manage the event administration and organising process, just let me know. I have an Event Management company on hand that could help you stage these events. (Fees on application.)
